After all you are getting hitched for life to your bestie and nothing in the world can beat that feeling. Let us talk about the planning part. You wish to get actively involved in every aspect of wedding. Be it deciding the venues or décor or themes, then the biggest part trousseau shopping, then spa, manicure and so the list can go on and on. Who has time to think of beauty!!??

Well the wedding timeline, decorations, hospitality and logistics part can be very well taken care by Wedding Planner in India you decide to appoint. Now comes an important part and that is the - part of looking pretty, fresh and beautiful. Let us tell you friends, beauty isn’t an overnight process. If you think two to three spa and facial treatments can give you the glow, we feel sad to burst the bubble. We have a quick guide or rather the ultimate beauty regime that you must follow at least 3 months before the wedding for the gorgeous look.

Eating Habits – you must check up your eating habits. Brides do feel a need to lose weight for the wedding, however, do not starve or seriously deprive yourself. You need to make a balance; try to consume a lot of fluids – water, fruit juice, coconut water, lemon, etc. Avoid junk food, cut out sugar, salt, cheese, oily food, and BOOZE. You will feel the difference gradually.

Work Out – exercise in any way is healthy not only for skin but for your body as well. It helps you get in shape, be fit, makes you active, tightens your skin and of course makes your skin glow. Be it gym or aerobics or zumba or yoga, spare a minimum of 30 minutes for exercise.

The Ultimate Routine – it is essential to follow the magical CTM (Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing) routine when you are exposed to dust, sun and pollutants. Following CTM in the morning and night will give you good results. Do not forget to exfoliate twice or thrice a week. This will remove the dead skin and make your skin look fresh and hydrated. Most importantly, finalize the products for this routine and stick to it for 2 months in a go. Do not try anything new, it may lead to breakouts in skin.

Supplements – you might not be taking adequate diet, not having the right amount of nutrients that your body needs, it will start showing in your body in the form of hair fall, dull skin or dark circles. It is good to have multi-vitamin supplements as well.

Beauty Sleep – sleep is a big deal. Make sure you sleep well throughout. It may be difficult keeping in the mind all the stress in making wedding arrangements, however, make sure you take out time for power nap whenever you can.

Hope you are all set to rock the wedding now!!
